📜 Terms & Conditions of Service

Premium Notary & Legal Service

🔹 Introduction

At Premium Notary & Legal Service, we are committed to delivering professional, punctual, and trustworthy service. To ensure clarity and consistency for all clients, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, mobile visits, and electronic notarization services. By scheduling or receiving any service, you agree to the policies outlined below.

🔹 1. General Service Terms

  • All notarial services must be scheduled in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • The signer must appear in person (including for e-notary services per Colorado law) and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

  • We reserve the right to decline any notarization request that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or violates state law.

  • We do not offer legal advice or legal representation under any circumstances.

 

🔹 2. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To help us maintain punctuality and accommodate all clients:

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • A $35 cancellation/no-show fee will apply if:

    • The signer is not present at the scheduled time

    • Required documents are unprepared

    • The appointment is canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice

  • Standby/Waiting Time: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $20 standby fee will apply, plus $5 per additional 5-minute delay.

  • Extended delays may result in a cancellation, billed accordingly.

 

🔹 3. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless invoicing is arranged in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods include:
    💳 Credit/debit card
    💵 Cash
    📱 Venmo / Zelle

  • A $25 late fee will be charged on invoices unpaid after 72 hours.

 

🔹 4. Travel, Emergency & After-Hours Services

To accommodate various client needs, we offer extended availability with applicable fees:

  • Travel Fee: $1 per mile beyond a 5-mile radius from zip code 80013 (first 5 miles included).

  • After-Hours Appointments (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM MST): $25

  • Emergency Requests (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM MST or immediate dispatch): $50

  • Holiday Appointments: $50, subject to availability

All fees will be disclosed and confirmed prior to booking whenever possible.

 

🔹 5. Service Limitations

  • Electronic Notarization (e-notary) requires in-person appearance of the signer, as defined by Colorado law.

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available for eligible transactions in accordance with applicable state regulations.

  • We do not complete I-9 verifications or perform real estate closings unless previously arranged.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing their documents before notarization. We do not prepare or review legal content.

 

🔹 6. Document Handling & Confidentiality

  • All documents are handled with care and confidentiality.

  • We utilize secure methods for digital communications and document storage.

  • Document printing and scanning services are available upon request at $10 per page.

  • We do not retain copies of documents unless legally required or previously authorized.

 

🔹 7. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving concerns with respect and professionalism.

  • If an issue arises, clients agree to first seek resolution through direct communication.

  • If unresolved, legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and venue shall be in Arapahoe County or the appropriate jurisdiction.
