At Premium Notary & Legal Services LLC, we are committed to delivering professional, timely, and high-quality services. While we aim to ensure complete client satisfaction, the nature of notary and legal support services limits refund eligibility once services are rendered.
Please review the following refund policy carefully.
🔹 General Policy
Due to the time-sensitive, document-specific, and legally binding nature of notarial and related services, all completed services are considered final and non-refundable. However, under limited and clearly defined circumstances, refunds or partial credits may be issued.
🔹 Notary Services
✅ Non-Refundable:
Once a notarial act (e.g., acknowledgment, oath/affirmation, witnessing, or document certification) has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled and not eligible for a refund, regardless of downstream issues related to the document’s use.
🔄 Cancellations:

24+ hours’ notice: No charge; eligible for full refund or reschedule.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies.

No-shows / unprepared signers: No refund will be issued.
🔹 Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or if you have concerns about your invoice, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at info@premiumnotary.org.
If an error is found, a refund or service credit will be issued promptly. Requests made beyond 7 days may not be eligible for review.
🔹 Refund Eligibility
We may consider a refund or credit in the following situations:

Failure to Provide Service: If Premium Notary is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service for reasons within our control.

Booking Errors: If an error was made on our part (e.g., wrong appointment time, service miscommunication).

Undelivered Services: If the client can show the service was not performed as agreed and no notarial act was completed.
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Premium Notary & Legal Services LLC.

To request a refund:

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
🔹 Exceptions
Please note the following non-refundable circumstances:

Special Offers or Discounts: Promotional rates and limited-time offers are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Third-Party Fees: Filing fees, shipping, or jurisdiction-specific surcharges paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Completed Services: Any service already completed, including notarization or consultations, is final and non-refundable.
