Below are our standard fees for additional services and special circumstances to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients. These policies help us deliver dependable, timely, and exceptional service to every client.
🔹Travel & Mobile Fees
Travel fees are included in our Mobile Notary Services within the Denver-Metro area.
Appointments outside of our included travel area will incur a $25+ fee depending on location.
🔹 Special Appointments
After-Hours Saturday, Sunday
or any day between (6:00–10:00 PM) $25
Applies to appointments scheduled outside regular hours
Emergency Dispatch $50
Applies to immediate “come now” requests OR appointments between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM MST
Holiday Appointment $50
🔹 Waiting, Cancellation, & No-Show Fees
Standby / Waiting Time $20
Applied if a delay exceeds a 10-minute grace period
Extended Delay Billing +$5 per 5 mins
After the first 10 minutes
Cancellation / No-Show $35
Applies if: signer is not present, documents are unprepared, or cancellation occurs with less than 2 hours' notice
🔹 Document Handling & Additional Services
Document Printing or Scanning $10 per page
Additional Notary Documents (same appointment) $15 per extra document
Late Payment$25 (after 72 hours)
