Colorado Mobile Notary Services
Our General Notary Appointments cover documents such as Travel Forms, Employer Forms, Passport Documents, and other documents that do not include property, real estate, estate planning, and more complex signings.
Denver Metro — Starting at $75+
The base mobile notary fee includes:
Travel within 25 miles of the Denver metro area (outside metro $25+)
One notary stamp (Additional Notary Stamps: $15 each)
In-person notarization at your chosen location

Witness Fee: $30 per witness
Notary Appointments for Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney, and Real Estate Documents start at $125 including travel within 25 miles of the Denver metro and 2 notarial stamps.
Electronic Notary Services (e-notary)
This in-person service allows you to digitally sign and notarize electronic documents

Additional Notary Stamps $15 per stamp
Extended Travel (Outside Denver Metro) Starting at $25 Final rate based on mileage.
After-Hours / Holiday Appointments $25–$50
Applies to appointments on Holidays or between the hours of 7pm-7:59am.
Waiting Time $25 per 30 minutes. Applies if signers or documents are not ready. Each appointment is given a 15 minute grace period.
No Show: $50+
Printing $1 per 5 pages
Witness Coordination $30 per witness
Document Drop-Off $25+ (Court, Title, FedEx, UPS) (Included with loan signings. Standalone pricing available)
Difficult access locations (restricted facilities, long waits, paid or limited parking): $25

The following fees apply only when services fall outside the standard loan signing package. All add-ons are disclosed and approved prior to confirmation.
Printing & Document Handling
Second set of documents: $25
Excessive page count: $25 per additional 50 pages
Reprints due to redraws or lender changes: $25+
Rush scan-backs: $25
Witness: $30 each
Travel & Access
Extended travel outside service area: $25+
Difficult access locations (restricted facilities, long waits, paid or limited parking): $25
Rush & After-Hours
Same-day or rush signing: $50
